Gymco gymnastics classes are run by qualified, insured CRB checked British Gymnastics coaches in Worthing. All coaches undertake a variety of courses and training updated regularly.

Gymco sessions involve all aspects of gymnastics with a wide variety of specialised gymnastics apparatus and equipment. With such a variety of equipment, Gymco ensure gymnastics sessions are exciting, fun, challenging and rewarding.

Gymco is passionate about providing top quality gymnastics coaching for children and parents, helping to develop not just physical development, but social and emotional too.

Included in Gymco sessions, the children work towards star challenges, for our walkers to 3 years. Preschool proficiency awards for our 3 – 5 years and proficiency awards and run fit challenges for our 5 years plus
