What a fabulous weekend our Christmas Show on Saturday and a fantastic beam and vault competition on Sunday!
Well done to everyone who took part in our Christmas Show from 3 -17 years, you were all fabulous and a massive well done to all our gymnastics who competed beautifully at the Southbourne beam and vault competition on Sunday, We are very proud of you all.
Well done to these amazing coaches who have completed their Level 3 Artistic coaching award!
Well done ladies, it takes a lot of hard work with log books, plans and higher level practical skills and technique and you both passed with flying colours.
