Our amazing Novice and Intermediate gymnasts competed so beautifully at Sussex Floor and Vault Championships yesterday. Well done to all gymnasts. So many medals won and so many top 6 places.

What a fabulous weekend our Christmas Show on Saturday and a fantastic beam and vault competition on Sunday!

Well done to everyone who took part in our Christmas Show from 3 -17 years, you were all fabulous and a massive well done to all our gymnastics who competed beautifully at the Southbourne beam and vault competition on Sunday, We are very proud of you all.
