Well done to everyone who took part in our Christmas Show from 3 -17 years, you were all fabulous and a massive well done to all our gymnastics who competed beautifully at the Southbourne beam and vault competition on Sunday, We are very proud of you all.
Well done ladies, it takes a lot of hard work with log books, plans and higher level practical skills and technique and you both passed with flying colours.

We’ve had lots of competitions for our fabulous squad gymnasts. From local competitions in Chichester to Regional floor and vault and Regional grades competitions at Guildford. Every gymnast performed beautifully and lots of medals were won. Well done everyone.
